The house rules you are about to read and sign are supportive for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules and we hope that they will be followed with understanding. With respectful use of the apartment, you will help us to be able to provide you with high-quality holiday accommodation in the future as well

Art.1_Regulation
Staying at the "Pellegrino62" means accepting these regulations;

Art. 2_Arrive
Check-in can be made from 2.00 pm onwards by prior agreement with the landlord and/or person in charge; Upon arrival (or even before), each guest is required to deliver (or send via e-mail) their personal identification document (identity card or passport) to the landlord, so that he can report their presence to the Competent tourist office. It is not possible to host people in the apartment other than those declared at the time of booking. – Any overnight stays of Visitors must be previously approved during the booking phase and are subject to additional costs. – The tenant is given the keys to the accommodation; in case of loss and/or deterioration of the same, timely notification must be given to the lessor and/or person in charge; any costs for replacing the locks and/or remaking them will be charged to the lessee; – The tenant is solely responsible for keeping the keys; – The tenant and any guests must deliver a valid identification document to the landlord and/or person in charge; – Any damage and/or deterioration of any kind found by the tenant to the structure and equipment inside the structure must be reported to the landlord and/or person in charge promptly within and no later than 2 hours after check-in, after this deadline the same may be charged to the tenant.

Art. 3_ Departure Check-out must be made by 11:00 by prior arrangement with the landlord and/or person in charge; At the time of check-out the keys must be returned in agreement with the landlord and/or person in charge; – The parties acknowledge that at the time of check-out the tenant takes care of the general rearrangement of the leased property in addition to cleaning and washing dishes; – The landlord and/or person in charge at the time of check-out has the right to view and report any damage and/or deterioration of any kind caused by the tenant and the guests to the structure, to the equipment and appliances of the entire structure, it being understood that in any case, the landlord and/or person in charge reserves the right to report any damage to the tenant (as solely responsible) within 24 hours following check-out, indicating the estimate of the damage in euros for a possible refund.

Art. 4_ Rules of conduct Behaviors, activities, games and the use of equipment that cause disturbance to the other condominiums in the building are strictly prohibited at any time within the structure. Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors in their care. A behavior must always be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid. Please do not slam the doors but accompany them, if you come home late please close the entrance door slowly and close the door of your apartment gently so as not to disturb those who are already asleep. The tenant and each guest is required to take care of their personal effects and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate theft. – The tenant and each guest is responsible for their behavior in the house and in the area surrounding it (condominium Rampa Brancaleone 86) and, in the event of accidents attributable to them, will be called to compensate for damages. – It is the tenant's and/or guests' responsibility to ensure, before leaving the accommodation unit, that they lock the entrance door and windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, hob, air conditioning… ) and to close the water taps, in order to guarantee the safety of the property and prevent damage from rainwater or flooding in the apartment – Overnight stays in the accommodation are permitted only for the number of people indicated at the time of booking; – The presence of animals of any size, species or breed is not permitted unless authorized by the owner and in any case unless declared at the time of booking; – The owner of the structure or in charge has the right, in the absence of the guest and in particular circumstances, to enter the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damages or dangers. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of his entry into the apartment. – The owner reserves the right to revoke the possibility of guests staying if they do not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations or cause disturbance to neighbors and other residents of the community. – We invite you to communicate to the landlord, at your complete disposal 24 hours a day, any of your comments, wishes or praise.

Art. 5_Apartment Toilets and Kitchen In the apartment you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, dishes for the kitchen and household utensils. – Keeping all the rooms clean and tidy during the stay is the responsibility of the guest unless an extra cleaning service is requested. – Do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material; Use the appropriate bins for the separate collection of plastic, metal, paper and residual waste. Full bags must be taken to the recycling bins located in front of the entrance door;

Art. 6_Prohibitions Any disturbing noise is prohibited from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and from 11.00pm to 7.00am; During the rental period, it is forbidden to organize parties and/or events in the structure following agreements of any kind with the lessor and/or person in charge; It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the holiday home; It is strictly forbidden to remove appliances or parts of the equipment provided (towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment/room; in the event of removal, the price of the object plus penalty will be charged to the tenant; The lessee is prohibited from sub-letting the whole and/or part of the property;


Art. 7 Useful Numbers In case of need, call the owner on the mobile 392-7830017 or 340-1523251. If necessary, call the Carabinieri 112. Notify the owner; In case of fire, call the fire brigade 115. Warn the owner; In case of illness, call 118 and notify the owner. With the booking of the apartment, it is assumed that the house rules are acknowledged and confirmed.
